Pallett will report to Paul Shore, CEO, and will assume his role with immediate effect subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pallett has amassed two decades of industry expertise having held a number of senior roles within underwriting and broking across both D&amp;O and FI. Previously he worked at The Hartford where he led and developed the FI portfolio as Head of Financial Institutions. Prior to this Pallett worked for Lockton Financial Risks division as SVP, working with international clients in the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shore said: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-quote u-color-blue u-text-center u-p-v u-p-v-l@tablet\">\n  <div class=\"wrapper\">\n    <h6 class=\"h6 --l height\">&#8220;I am excited to welcome Ray to our expanding team. With his impressive reputation in the D&#038;O and FI market and having worked extensively with him in the past, I know Ray is perfectly positioned to lead Tegron\u2019s underwriting team and play a key role in building our D&#038;O and FI capability.
