Paul is the Founder of Tegron Specialty Limited. Before Tegron, Paul had spent nearly 12 years at Navigators initially running the Lloyds D&O portfolio and latterly Head of Financial Lines, International at The Hartford after the acquisition. Prior to that Paul was the Commercial D&O Manager at Starr Excess, an AIG Company. Paul has been operating in the Insurance Industry since 1996.
